What does the Free version of JAIPilot do with my code?

The open source version of JAIPilot runs entirely within your IDE and communicates directly with Google's Gemini API.

No code or data is ever sent to JAIPilot servers
All requests go securely over HTTPS to Google Gemini from your machine
No logs, telemetry, or analytics are captured
Your code is never stored or used for training by JAIPilot
We do not collect personal identifiers like your name or email

How does the Pro version of JAIPilot handle my data?

JAIPilot Pro is a managed service. When you generate a test, your code context is sent to JAIPilot servers, which then communicate with Google Gemini for optimal test generation.

Only the minimum required class context is sent to JAIPilot servers
Your data is securely forwarded to Google Gemini and never used for training
JAIPilot does not store your code beyond the time required for generation
Logs may be stored for up to 30 days for debugging and billing
We never sell, share, or retain your code for analytics

Do you use any tracking or analytics?

No. JAIPilot does not use tracking scripts, cookies, or analytics frameworks. We do not monitor your usage or behavior inside the IDE.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All communication between your IDE, JAIPilot servers (Pro only), and Google Gemini is encrypted using HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices for server infrastructure and access control.

Can I delete my Pro account and data?

Yes. You can request account deletion at any time. All associated logs and identifiers will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Will you update this privacy policy?

Yes. If our practices change, we will update this page and communicate clearly inside the plugin and official website before any changes take effect.
